I'm planning on doing several other shoots like this with glitter, so though I kept this session's "craft herpes" fairly contained... there is more mess to come. 

Huge thanks is due to Allison for her creativity and make-up tools/skills. Now I have a technique I can use for future shoots like this. The bath was totally impromptu, but we figured we had to wash off the glitter anyway. The heavy cream from my White Russian addiction came in clutch. 

I MacGyver'd my lighting out of a few desk lamps and I also used a cheap onboard LED for a few shots.

Last year's graduation photos were all so washed out by the sunlight that I was only satisfied with two that I took of my good friends Rachel and Peter under the shade of one of the quad's biggest, oldest trees. This graduation was a cold one but it was worth it to hang around snap these photos of my friends and their families.
